Klang Bak Kut Teh
Klang is the birthplace of Bak Kut Teh with a long history that spread to Singapore and Southeast Asia. There are two types of Bak Kut Teh, dry and wet, which are perfect for eating in the morning, afternoon or evening!
At the top is the wet bak kut teh, which is made from herbs and pork. It is super fragrant and sweet, and it goes perfectly with rice and fried dough sticks.
Below the picture is the dried bak kut teh. The original bak kut teh soup is simmered to collect the juice, so that the pork can absorb the full medicinal aroma in the clay pot, and then add dried chili, shredded squid, lady's finger, etc. with high heat. Stir-fry, with a slightly spicy aroma, I can't help drooling when I smell it!

4. Chong Kok Kopitiam
This is a hotel that translates as "Chinese Hotel", but it is not operated in China, and the business is not a hotel, but a traditional coffee shop with 81 years of history in Malaysia.
The most famous of this shop is the charcoal-grilled bread and coffee udon, which is a hometown taste passed down from generation to generation by Klang people.
Coffee is mellow and silky, with pure taste, which not only satisfies the pleasure of the mouth, but also brings the enjoyment of body and mind.
The toast still insists on using the traditional charcoal roasting treatment. This kind of slow work and delicate work is a good taste that the machine can never match, especially when the half-boiled eggs are directly beaten on the bread, the taste is really super rich and delicious!
